How We Work

I’m so excited you are considering working with Gracefully Designed Events for your celebration. I consider it an honour and a privilege to make your event really special and unforgettable for you! To make sure this happens and that no detail is left out we use the following process:

Initial Chat

A short consultation chat helps me understand your vision for your event and also gives you a feel for me and how I work. Some people prefer not to do this and to skip straight to step 2 and that's absolutely fine!

Receive Quote

Answer a few short questions about your vision for your event on our booking enquiry form. This enables me to put together an accurate quote for you which you will receive by email within 24 hours. A small non-refundable deposit is required if you decide to make a booking.

Confirm details

The fun part! All colour combinations, event details, personalised signage and bespoke display items are planned and confirmed with you to ensure the display supplied is exactly what you envisioned. Mock ups of the display are available if desired.

Look Fabulous

Everything is taken care of us by me and my team so that all you have to do is arrive and look fabulous!
